1. Assessment: In this stage we understand about the profile of the desired candidate.  We understand the competency required from the candidate for the position.

2. Research & Review: Based on the brief shared by our client In this stage we work out the action plan by mapping the industry.

We hold regular review sessions with our clients so that we understand whether we are on the right track and if need be necessary timely corrections are made.

3. Identification: Through industry research potential candidates are identified using the expertise of our database, references, contacts and executive search.

4. Evaluations: The senior consultants carry out preliminary interview and assess the candidate’s interest levels and fitment to the given vacancy along with other information like personality, leadership style, whether he would suit the client’s culture, and competence for the desired profile.pic11

5. Presentation of CV: After conducting the preliminary interview, we prepare MIS report .The report elaborates on the feedback and the findings.

6. Interview: We coordinate at all stages right from telephone interview, video conferencing, to organize personal meeting. Our services are all available till the time candidate joins clients organization. We counsel the candidate on the formalities of resignation from current employment. The primary objective is to assist for smooth transition.

7. Reference Check: When required we carry out reference checks provided by the candidate and also check with the third party references from our side as it allows us to throw better light on the hidden information.

8. Feedback & Confidentiality: we maintain constant contact with the client as well as the candidate to ensure the candidate’s successful integration into the organization. We maintain high levels of confidentiality throughout the process until we are satisfied of the candidate’s viability as per our client instructions.
